What is it with people? Why cant they seem to understand it is illegal to drive while texting or talking on a phone with out a hands free device? Perhaps, they like being worse drivers then drunk drivers. California Highway patrol is to busy to pull them over. Why? What is the purpose of officers if they wont enforce speed limits and safety laws.. unless its an older car with an expired registration they cant seem to be bothered. CHP officers routinely turn a blind eye to the laws broken daily.. Maybe write more tickets boys and you can fine our way out of debt humm? I see the same people reported to us over and over. Speeding reckless driving talking on a phone or texting.., Why cant these people learn to follow the speed limits, use better judgment, and learn good time management skills. Like the license plate on this vehicle its a California license plate... 6FLS092, now I am sure you can afford a blue tooth device or something to talk hands free. Instead you sire drive worse then any drunk and risk my life and others around.. Why?
